The Chimera - Development

The primary antagonist to my heroes of the Endless Night. This hellish beast harasses travellers on the road to Valkamorr, and will stalk the heroes on their journey, until they are finally ready to defeat it.
I'm still not sure if I'm happy with how the final image turned out. I spent a lot of time experimenting with colours, and ended up with a massive stack of blending layers in photoshop that I'm now afraid to mess with.
Background was a bit rushed too. I'll return to this picture if I get time to, but for now, this is it.
